Mr. Naroff received a bachelor's degree in economics and chemistry from the State University of NY at Stony Brook and his Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Economy League, teaches at the Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, is past Chair of the American Bankers Association's Economic Advisory Committee, and is past President of the Philadelphia Council of Business Economists.
